This policy explains what information GVM (“GVM”, “we”, “us”) collects through www.gvmus.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information we collect

We collect information only when you send it to us through the contact form or by email:

• Your name, work email address and company (optional)
• The service you are interested in
• Whatever you write in your message

Our servers also record basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our hosting provider and the service that receives contact form submissions keep short-lived logs of this for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, and we do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

How we use your information

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project
• To provide, quote and deliver services you request
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only as needed for that purpose. These include Amazon Web Services (website hosting, the contact form service and email delivery), our email provider, and Calendly (scheduling). If you choose to book a call, you leave our site for Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are delivered to our sales inbox and kept for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain a business relationship with you, after which we delete them. Server logs are kept for about 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and contact form submissions are sent encrypted to our email service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. To make a request, email sales@gvmus.com. We will respond within the time the law requires.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Our site links to third-party sites such as LinkedIn (opens in a new tab). Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
